You retain all rights to the data and content you upload to the Service ("User Content"). By uploading User Content, you grant us a limited, non-exclusive license to use, process, and store that content solely for the purpose of providing and improving the Service.

Our name, logo, and all related names, logos, product and service names, designs, and slogans are trademarks of ZapAudit. You must not use such marks without our prior written permission.

6. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, ZapAudit and its officers, directors, employees, and agents shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including but not limited to loss of profits, data, use, goodwill, or other intangible losses, resulting from:

• Your access to or use of (or inability to use) the Service
• Any conduct or content of any third party on the Service
• Any content obtained from the Service
• Unauthorized access, use, or alteration of your transmissions or content

In no event shall our total liability to you for all claims related to the Service exceed the amount you paid us in the twelve (12) months preceding the claim, or one hundred dollars ($100), whichever is greater.

7. Termination

You may terminate your account at any time by contacting us or using the account settings within the Service. We may terminate or suspend your access to the Service immediately, without prior notice or liability, for any reason, including without limitation if you breach these Terms.

Upon termination, your right to use the Service will cease immediately. We will provide you with a reasonable period (at least 30 days) to export your data before it is permanently deleted from our systems, unless retention is required by law.

8. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify or replace these Terms at any time. If a revision is material, we will provide at least 30 days' notice prior to any new terms taking effect, via email or a prominent notice within the Service.
